Eat. Sleep. Paddle. Repeat.

In May 2022 I am attempting to sea kayak solo and unsupported from Lands End to John O Groats (or around Britain if I am enjoying myself – a full circumnavigation), promoting the mental wellbeing of blue light emergency services workers.
